Control, shut-off and control / shut-off valves with diagnostic function manufactured in RussiaPRC «ΛΓ® avtomatica» is a well-known company at the market due to the design and manufacturing of KMR ΛΓ, KMO ΛΓ and KMRO ΛΓ valves. Since 2009 Sipart PS2 positioner control valves have been supplied including diagnostic function for tracing of valve operation, anticipating of potential failures, and quick detecting of the defects, thus increasing repair intervals. We manufacture valves for any flows under any process requirements, and can design a valve according to the Customer’s requirements. Valves are supplied with pneumatic / electric / manual drives.
KMR ΛΓ®, KMO ΛΓ® and KMRO ΛΓ®:
Cell and plunger valve is specially designed for operation in severe conditions at the enterprises of the Russian Federation and CIS countries. The casing of the valve is forged and galvanized, it is treated with powdered enamel. Choke part has a model structure with high alignment level thus securing “A” class leak resistance according to GOST 9544-93. Py = 1.6-16.0 MPa; Dy=10-300 mm; Kvy=0.006-1000. KVDR ΛΓ®, KVDO ΛΓ® and KVDRО ΛΓ®:
This design differs from the standard valve due to compensated discharge, used materials, advanced hydraulic and aerodynamic load when choking, etc. KVD ΛΓ® valves are applied for flow control (flow control, in-line re-pressuring, line shutdown) for liquid and gaseous flows, including vapor @ 25.0, 32.0 and 40.0 MPa. The valves are applied both for neutral, reactive and polluted flows. Dy=10-150 mm; Kvy=0.002-250. KBR ΛΓ®, KBO ΛΓ® and KBRO ΛΓ®:
Butterfly type valves are specially designed for high flow. It is recommended for liquid and gaseous flow control, including oil, petroleum products, water, vapor, and reactive flow. These valves are resistant to polluted flow. Due to a metal-metal gland they secure high leak resistance level. Py = 2.5-4.0 MPa; Dy=100-600 mm; Kvy=320-12000. Lined valves:
Lined valves are applied for operation with high aggressive and volatile flows involving acid or alkali concentrations, b solvents, food and sterile products. Valve casing is manufactured from polytetrafluorethylene and has a metal case providing necessary roughness and strength. The metal case is manufactured from various steel types and may be chemical-resistant. Py = 1.0-1.6 MPa; Dy=10-200 mm; Kvy=0.1-1200. KSHS ΛΓ® hose valve:
It is recommended to apply KSHS ΛΓ® hose valve when operating in high re-active flow with lots of abrasive impurities, as well as sewage and sludge, bulk materials, chips and grains, fine dust, viscous fluid, solvents, resins, colorants and lacquers, and food products. Valve operation is based on flow resistance alterations of the regulator due to pinching of a stiff pipe branch depending on rod movement. Py = 0.6-2.5 MPa; Dy=15-250 mm; Kvy=10-1600.
